Shipping policy
Enjoy free shipping on all purchases within the U.S. and Canada, on all orders! We are currently offering Priority Mail options only. If you need your order faster, please select the express shipping option and pay the shipping fee. Merchandise ordered on www.luxeroyaltydesigns.com can be shipped to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, and Guam. We also ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. We currently do not ship any of our merchandises internationally.
You can track your order at any time online using the tracking number provided once the order has been shipped. Please allow 3-7 business days to receive your order from the shipping date. We will do our very best to get the order ship out within 48 hours of submitting your order.
return/REFUND policy
Return submitted within 3 days of delivery are accepted. Anything after that, needs a special approval due to the . If you notice any defects or damages upon arrival, please message us and we will do our diligent to ensure we take care of the return process right away. All inquiries can be submitted to support@luxeroyaltydesigns.com.
If we accept a return, please ensure that the item(s) are in its original condition, with tags still attached, unaltered, and damages reported matches the photos submitted as well as a copy of the receipt to process a refund for store credit.
Luxe & Royalty Designs reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Luxe & Royalty Designs’ sole discretion.
You have the ability to cancel an order once place before processed for shipping. All sales are final and orders cannot be canceled or changed once it has been processed. If you submit a request to change your order before shipping, we may be able to accommodate the change. Please email us your request ASAP.
We do not exchange for other merchandises once an order has been shipped but we will provide store credit, feel free to use that credit towards another purchase.
We do provide return shipping labels and shipping charges for returned item (s) are the customer’s responsibility so it will be deducted from your refund. We recommend shipping returned merchandise via USPS or FedEx for tracking purposes. Please be sure to request adequate insurance to cover the shipment. Luxe & Royalty Designs will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, and or damaged.
For returned items, we refund the price paid for the returned item(s) plus applicable taxes. We do not refund shipping fees, shipping protection, or taxes paid on shipping. We will also deduct the return shipping fee from the refund if you use our return label to send the package back.
